ClientBase Ideas Flowing in Fireside Chats

David Biltek and Bob Romano led a fascinating discussion on becoming a ClientBase power user at Friday’s Fireside Chat.  The product has a number of features that can help agents build repeat sales, and there is no end to the creativity power users can leverage to do so.  You can use a feature called Batched reminders to tag clients for various sales-building activities such as Welcome Home letters or reminders to start planning the next vacation.  Sending out an “anniversary” letter to celebrate and thank clients for doing business with you were other great ideas that the discussion generated.

Members use  ClientBase to project their future revenue, to survey new customers and even to add notes on the reservations status field in Res Card to prompt follow-ups, thus  improving service to clients and closing rates on sales.
